The sitcom actor and controversial comedian took things too far in July 2008, when he was arrested in the parking lot of a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant in Murrieta, Calif., for pulling down a 17-year-old girl’s tank top and bra and publicly fondling her breasts. He was also found to be in possession of one gram of marijuana and a single unprescribed Xanax pill; he was charged with four misdemeanor counts, including assault, possession, and public intoxication. Dick accepted a plea deal in October 2008, in which he pleaded guilty to battery and marijuana possession (the other charges were dropped). The comedian was sentenced to pay $700 in fines, serve three years of probation, and wear an alcohol-monitoring ankle bracelet for one year.
